First and foremost, it's your data and we know how much that matters to you.  Anything that matters to our customers matters to us, and never more so than in the case of Data Protection and security.

Data Protection and compliance with the legal requirements of the Data Protection Act (1998) are at the core of our business operations and integral to everything that we do. As such the requirements are taken extremely seriously and all reasonable steps to ensure compliance are taken.

Our technical team has extensive experience building applications for major plc’s.  Data security, robustness and reliability are factors built into everything that we do.

Data Security overview

It is our policy not to reveal every Data Protection measure that we have in place as to do so poses a potential security threat in its own right. We can though highlight some of the key security and operational measures that are in place to ensure the integrity and security of our customer data.

We start with people

All our staff are fully CRB checked.  You can't work for us without it.  We always take full employment references and have a thorough recruitment process.

And then we secure your data

Any personal data that we store for you is fully encrypted.  That means that from the second we receive it, it looks like this:

And then we keep it in a very safe place

The building, in the UK is fully guarded 24 x 7 x 365.  It is fully covered with CCTV inside and out.  To get in you need an ID card, a pin code, fingerprint verification, and pass a weight match check.

In the event of an emergency, the building can run for 30 days without power and is fully climate controlled.

Our servers are backed up several times each hour and are only accessible by our technical team, who need their own authorisation codes to do so.

Finally, we keep your data on fully maintained Microsoft servers.
